Issue is to due to a core switch (hardware) failure. It’s being worked on. Updates and ETA to follow.

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue within the Australian network. This is resulting in websites loading slowly or timing out.

Network engineers are working on it now and will have it restored shortly.

The webserver has been restarted after removing the SSL certificate. All websites are available again.

The web server on atom is currently unavailable due to a faulty SSL certificate. Website will be unreachable until it’s resolved ( under 15 minutes ).

Email is unaffected.

(atom) Load Issues Recovery

A rouge PHP script was the cause of the load issues experienced on atom. After clearing it out and restarting the web server the load dropped to normal levels.

We will be monitoring atom more closely this afternoon.

atom is currently experiencing load issue. Some services (web and mail) may time out as a result. It’s being looked at right now to identify the cause and address it.
