The offending traffic has been identified and the network connections restored. We may expect some small (< 5 min) interruptions over the next hour or so as related issues get sorted.

Another server within the same network that our servers reside in is currently under a Denial Of Service attack. The data centre has temporarily stopped all network traffic whilst they find and filter out those responsible.

This is a temporary measure and more details will be posted shortly.

We are now seeing normal traces through to our network.

We are currently seeing issues at both AT&T and TWTelecom in traces from various locations. If your routes travel along those networks, you may experience high latency and/or complete failure to reach your site or other services.

Our network provider has sent a note to the main NOC, asking them for a status, since they will be aware of the issue already. Once more information is available we’ll post it here.
