All services have returned to normal without requiring a reboot.  The spiraling script has been locked down and will not cause any further delays.

We’re currently seeing a lag in the web server on astro.  There’s a runaway process holding other services back.

We’ll restart the web server and monitor a little more closely until the culprit is cleared away.
