Access to the network now appears to be fully operational again. From the reports we’re getting it has a been a routing issue with our upstream provider.
This means that no all users will have been affected it will have all depended on the route taken by your ISP to our network
We’ve requested further information for clarification.
For the past 30 minutes we’ve been experiencing connectivity issues.
We’re currently investigating the cause and hope to have it resolved shortly. In the meantime all websites hosted may be unreachable.
More information will be posted as it’s available.
Over the next 24 hours we will be updating the software installed on our servers. This includes things like php, ImageMagick, ruby modules and miscellaneous patching to minor operating system modules.
If a reboot is required, services will be unavailable for the 3-4 minutes it takes to start up. As per normal, no email will be lost. It will queue until the mail service has started and will continue to process from that point on.
