The power changes were started earlier than expected and have now been completed. All services are back to normal. Thanks for your patience whilst this was completed.

Power Maintenance
On Monday, July 16 @ approx. 9.00am (Sunday, July 15 @ 6 PM Eastern US time), maintenance will be performed on the power infrastructure for all of our equipment located in Jacksonville. This maintenance is necessary so that additional air conditioning ductwork can be run to handle our increased growth and cooling needs in order to keep equipment at nominal temperatures for continuous operation.
The work has an outside impact time of 15 minutes, although we expect the impact will be shorter than that and will just be long enough to power all equipment down and then back up again. During the maintenance period, the network will be unavailable and all services will be stopped.
Email messages sent to domains within the network will be queued by the sending mail server so no email messages will be lost during this time. As always any questions should be directed to the helpdesk.

astro: Mail (Incoming / Outgoing)
For the past few hours we’ve experienced an issue with mail on astro. This has meant that sending mail via the SMTP server will have resulted in an error message that contained the text :
Server Response: ’550 Administrative prohibition‘, Port: 25, …
This only affected users that use the SMTP server on astro over the recommended use of their own ISP’s SMTP server settings. The issue has now bee resolved and some tweaking will continue over the next couple of hours.
A similar message may appear in bounced messages to senders indicating that the mail message was unable to be delivered. Unfortunately these messages have bounced and the original sender (that will have received a bounce back) will need to resend the original message.
Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused. Any particular concerns should be addressed to the helpdesk.
