All websites and services are available once again by name.  We’re not expecting any further interruptions at this time.

The servers are accessible via IP only at present.  We’re working now to check the named services and firewalls to get this resolved promptly.

Our network is currently unreachable.  We’re investigating the cause and will have it rectified as soon as possible.  Please stand by.

We’ve been advised to expect some additional disruptions (short periods of inaccessibility) whilst the fail-over routes are advertised.

The actual issue has been identified in a route far upstream of the data centre, and is still being worked on. The delay in the failover is that our providers link didn’t go entirely down, which failed to alert the data centre, which in turn failed to throw over to the failover links.
