We are once again seeing an unacceptable load on astro today.  The original mail bombing was dealt with so we’re working at tracking and resolving this latest issue.  Thank you for your patience whilst this is done.

If you would like your web hosting account moved to an alternate server please open a ticket in the helpdesk including your domain name, username and a note requesting the move.

astro returned promptly from the reboot and we’re continuing to monitor a little more closely to ensure it behaves.

astro is currently seeing a much higher than normal load.  At first glance it appears one domain is experiencing a mail bombing.  We’re addressing that now and hope to have all services returning to normal shortly.

A reboot may be required.  In which case the server will be unavailable for 3 – 4 minutes.

Our servers are once again reachable.  There are others within the network that are still unavailable.  We don’t have details yet but they will be posted once known.
